J.P. DiMisa Luxury Homes, Inc., (and our affiliated companies), specializes in the design, development, and construction of some of South Florida's most exclusive properties. We are a seasoned custom homebuilding , design, development, and luxury real estate brokerage firm. The focus of our company is “bespoke” homes with unmistakable “architectural significance.” While our reach is extensive, we are small in size, privately owned, and offer a true turn-key solution for all of your luxury real estate needs. Every project we embark on received the diligence and care of our signature, hands-on approach.
J.P. DiMisa, the company owner, is a State of Florida licensed General Contractor (CGC1506977), State of Florida Qualified Home Inspector (HI4851), and a Florida Realtor (SL3015896) has a local presence in some of the area’s most exclusive communities for 20+ years.
We add value to our Client’s projects by ensuring quality design, acute budgeting both before and during the build process, financial accountability, professional project management, diligent field supervision, safety, and a personal touch to each one of our projects. We focused on reputation, longevity, and client satisfaction during and after the build, buy, or sell. DiMisa, our company principal, personally oversees all architecture; floor planning, exterior elevations, permits, engineering, interior design, pool, landscape, hardscape, and home technology-automation. Mr. DiMisa is the sole qualifying General Contractor for every project that carries our company name.
And, while our focus is on luxury properties in the area’s most exclusive neighborhoods, J.P. DiMisa has personally acquired, developed, and constructed various projects in South Florida including townhome communities, luxury apartment developments, "big-box" retail, and even active-adult (55+ over) residential. His tenure as a partner with one of the most recognizable, local real estate development firms enables DiMisa to approach each project in a way not commonly found among other builders.
