This October, marks the celebration of my 20-YEAR ANNIVERSARY in the development, construction, and brokerage of distinctive properties that have received many awards, including over ten Gold Coast Builder's Association (GCBA) Prism Honors. We are a privately owned, locally focused company with offices in Boca Raton, Florida. As a seasoned, diversified real estate company we take a true hands-on approach to every project we embark upon. Me and my team of hand-picked associates have an extensive track record of success. And as such, I have created a tangible portfolio of successfully completed development deals that are suitable for any investor's preview.
Through various partnerships over the years, I have developed and built awesome, local projects including but not limited to; big box retail, urban in-fill multifamily for sale, small to mid sized commercial for lease, active-adult residential for sale, and hundreds of prestigious rental apartments. And while my past work experience is vast, my primary focus is and always has been luxury homes created for the most discerning of clientele. Considered the ultimate tri-fecta in the industry, I personally design and oversees all architecture, floor plans, exterior elevations, permits and engineering, interior design, pool, landscape, home tech, and I am the Managing Partner/General Contractor for all projects.
With our local market trending up, we have investment opportunities for a "select" group of individual investors and investment groups alike. We have established relationships with the best architects available, all of whom we've worked with before and have helped us create timeless properties that are "future proof" on the inside and out. Our interior designers ensure our projects are polished, and that they appeal to today's wants and needs. We have many more local experts that we engage to ensure success. In essence, we know who to use, when to use them, and understand exactly why! When it comes to the financial aspect of our business, we can fast-track pro-formas due to our local market knowledge; and as such our reporting is clear, concise, and organized. All of this ensures a marketable design and insures the completion of OUR project in a timely matter.
